In this panel, we will highlight the most important findings of the Postdoc Surveys, discuss the similarities and the differences in our findings, and debate how to move forward when thinking of structural changes needed for Postdocs in and outside Germany. Participants are invited to join the discussion, so we together can brainstorm about the current and future state of Postdocs.
