PAW 2024 Kick-Off Event Applying Principles of Research Integrity to Authorship
Authorship plays a crucial role in career advancement but brings with it responsibility for the integrity of the scientific work. This keynote aims to establish a common understanding of responsible and equitable authorship using the four principles set out in the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity (Reliability, Honesty, Respect, Accountability) and CRediT Roles. The talk will provide recommendations on how research principles can be applied in practice, to help postdocs engage in authorship discussions responsibly and with confidence.
