The trainer studied psychology, journalism and romanistics (M.A.) in Mainz, Middlebury (USA) and Valencia (Spain) and completed the continuing education program 'Conflict Counselling and Mediation' from the University of Hamburg. She works as trainer, coach and moderator since 2002.

The trainer has accompanied app. 200 appointment procedures and appointment negotiations as a representative for the FS University of Jena. Through his task, he has built up a broad knowledge of career paths in a wide range f natural sciences, humanities and social sciences. He works as a trainer and consultant in the research sector for several years.
