PAW 2025 The fourth Postdoc Appreciation Week in Germany

This year's Postdoc Appreciation Week 2025 was a huge hit, with over 100 events in 36 cities in Germany. We had a total of 17 Postdoc Meet-Ups this year, which is a new record! The PAW was a platform for postdocs to learn, network, and gain valuable insights into their careers.

PAW 2025 What Postdocs Said!

One of the aims of this week is to bring some of the pressing issues that postdocs face to the light. Therefore we collected feedback after the week. Here you can see some of the responses:

It was really benefitial and interesting event, both in terms of networking and learning

Now, I know how to proceed with my ideas and career in Germany and keep working with hope

It is very empowering and inspiring to know about situations that happen to all of us in postdoc stage, and how to deal with them

I was impressed by the amount of courses offered, and most of the courses I attended very really good in delivering a message in a limited time of 60 – 90 minutes. I learnt a lot and got a lot of impulses.
